Your order will be carefully packed and dispatched in 1-7 days after your purchase. I use Royal Mail Track48 and Signed For for UK deliveries and Tracked for deliveries outside of the UK.

I’m able to ship worldwide. There is a flat rate for parcels up to 2kg: £7,50 for UK shipment and £20 for EU shipping costs. Additional postage is calculated on basis of additional weight of your purchase. 

For overseas shipping costs are calculated when placing on order, based on the region where it has to be shipped to and weight of parcel. If your country of delivery does not happen to be in the list, please get in touch for a direct quote.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been posted.

Non-UK orders might be subject to custom charges on receipt. The customer is responsible for covering these charges.

 

LOCAL PICK-UP

My studio is in north London (N7) and you are welcome to come and collect your online order. It’s a short walk from Finsbury Park Station. Send me an e-mail and we arrange a time. Use the code ‘pick me up’ when placing your order. 

 

RETURNS

I hope you are happy with your order. If, however, it does not meet your expectations you may return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact me via e-mail within that time frame and then return the item in its original saleable condition. Make sure to include contact information with the return. I highly recommend to provide me with a tracking number from the courier. The cost of any delivery charges for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

It must reach me within 14 days of the day you inform me that you wish to return the item. This right only applies to the original purchaser. I will then refund the purchase price. Original delivery costs will not be refunded. I am unable to issue a refund for returned items which are lost or damaged in transit.

Please be aware that all items are made by hand and may vary in colour, shape and design and such variations are not faults of the product. No guarantees are given as to the suitability of any items for any particular use and no responsibility can be accepted by Arjan Van Dal for any such use.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS

If you have received an item which is damaged please contact me within 24 hours with a photograph of the damaged goods, and I will replace or refund the item.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If you are unable to sign for your order at the time of delivery please note that post offices will only hold your parcel for 14 days before returning the item to the sender. If this occurs I reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

I am not responsible for any customs charges made either on receiving an order or on a return. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges.
