Blue gradient assemblage

Made with my signature gradient folding technique, this plate is an ombre of white with a deep Royal blue porcelain which are then assembled in a floral pattern. This assemblage is a new direction with this gradient technique and requires precision and timing. This was a first sample, hence for a gentle reduced price.
The ombre is achieved by repeatedly folding the two overlapping colours so they start to blend into each other, resulting in a beautiful gradient.
 
The plate, initial designed as a decorative item, is made functional with a food safe liquid quartz protective layer.
 
Dishwasher safe, but highly recommended to gently wash by hand.
